XOGSKIN is not responsible for return shipping fees nor lost returns. Once your return is received, it will be processed. We do not accept items that are not in their original packaging.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@xogskin.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive defective, damaged or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@xogskin.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
